Important Information:
To reserve your wedding date and time, Hybben Photography requires a $300.00 deposit. It is a studio policy that no reservations be made until the deposit is received. We cannot "tentatively hold a date". This deposit is not refundable should you cancel your reservation.
The remaining balance of your wedding plan is due one week prior to your wedding day. Weddings not meeting this requirement will not be photographed.
It is very important that all wedding party members, family and others to be photographed, are dressed and ready when the photographer arrives. This will insure full coverage for the plan you have chosen.
Mileage charges: Hybben Photography will travel up to 25 miles to photograph your wedding. A wedding requiring more travel will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Wedding dances are not included in any of our packages, but will be photographed for an additional fee.
At the time additional prints are ordered, a deposit equal to 1/2 the total cost of these prints is due. After an order has been placed, Hybben Photography will make one itemized billing of the total order.
The balance of the additional prints ordered is to be paid at the time of delivery. No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
Be sure your order is complete when placing your initial order, all reorders are subject to a reorder charge and negatives are only kept on file for a maximum of 2 years.
